Chia Pudding- I couldn't think about a WILW post without thinking about food, now could I? I've had chia seeds hanging around the pantry for a long time, but have only been using them in smoothies and muffins...until now! I finally decided to try my hand at chia breakfast pudding. This is the first recipe I tried, which was for raspberry & cardamom chia pudding. I LOVE cardamom, so finding this recipe definitely gave me the final push I needed to try it. I've also experimented on my own now with flavors and came up with a killer coconut & blackberry pudding over the weekend. I will have to share that recipe later! Chia pudding looks really weird, and the texture isn't for everyone, but I have been eating this stuff like crazy!
C. Wonder- My mom just told me about this store that she had recently seen (in California, she's still there for the winter) and pointed me to their website. They have a ton of cute clothes, but what I am really loving are the accessories and home decor! I could go pretty crazy with this stuff!
I'll have to try that pudding! I love Chia seeds and have a big bag in my fridge that I need to use more!

DeleteI've been wanting to try Chia Seeds...are they any good?? I know they have tons of health benefits!
ReplyDeleteYes! I really like them, but the texture is weird. If you don't like things to be slimy at all then they could be difficult for you, but it really does't bother me!
DeleteI have not tried Chia seeds yet! I really want to get some!
ReplyDeleteI love that video. It's hilarious.
